Palak Paneer with Roti
A nourishing Indian lunch of creamy spinach curry with paneer, served with whole-wheat roti for a balanced, protein-rich meal.

01In a pan over medium heat, heat the olive oil. 2. Add cumin seeds and cook until fragrant. Add onion and cook until lightly golden. 3. Add garlic, ginger, and cook for 30 seconds. 4. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. 5. Transfer the mixture to a blender and add garam masala and salt. Blend until smooth. 6. Pour the sauce back into the pan along with the cubed paneer and simmer on low for 5 minutes until the sauce has thickened. 7. Serve alongside whole wheat roti.
