High-Protein Breakfast Oat Bars

    In a large bowl, mix oats, protein powder, hemp hearts, chia seeds, almonds, and sea salt. 2. Warm the peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth. Mix in the applesauce and milk. 3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a thick and sticky mixture forms. 4. Fold in the chocolate chips. 5. Press the mixture firmly into a parchment-lined 9x9-inch pan and chill for 1 – 2 hours. 6. Slice into 6 bars and enjoy.
