Vegan Sausage
Steamed plant-based sausages made from white beans, oats, and walnuts with smoky seasonings.

01Mix the ground chia seeds with 1/4 cup of water and set aside 5 minutes to thicken. 2. Rinse and drain the canned white beans and pat dry. 3. Pulse the oats and walnuts in a food processor, keeping some texture. 4. Add all other ingredients and pulse again without over-processing. 5. Form 6-7 sausages with your hands, place on a lined plate, and refrigerate about 20 minutes. 6. Wrap each sausage in parchment paper and foil, twisting the ends, and steam for around 35 minutes. 7. Serve immediately, or pan-fry brushed with oil for 7-10 minutes until browned. 8. Enjoy with mustard or BBQ sauce or in a bun.
