    Rinse the lentils and simmer in the broth about 15 minutes until soft with no liquid remaining. 2. Saute the onion, pepper, and garlic in a little oil until translucent. 3. Pulse the lentils, cooked veggies, spices, parsley, ground chia seeds, and flour in a food processor until combined but still textured. 4. Form 10 patties, adding more flour if the mixture will not hold. 5. Fry in a little oil about 3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. 6. Serve with a dip of choice.
