Snack PlantBased Vegetarian Dairy-free Gluten-free
Method

1 steps, about 10 minutes

Cook mode
  1. 01
Mash banana in a bowl until smooth. 2. 1 ripe banana (120g) Add oat flour, almond butter, protein powder, mini chocolate chips, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt. Using a spoon or your hands mix until a thick dough forms. 3. Freeze for about 10-15 minutes until firm. 4. Add the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth (this usually takes about 60–90 seconds). 5. ½ cup chocolate chips,1 teaspoon coconut oil Using a fork or spoon, dip each ball into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off. Place the coated balls back on the parchment-lined surface (I used a parchment lined baking sheet). Alternatively, you can just drizzle the chocolate on top of the balls instead of dipping them. Immediately sprinkle each chocolate- coated ball with a pinch of flaky sea salt before the chocolate sets, if desired. 6. Flaky sea salt Place the finished balls in the fridge or freezer for 10–15 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden. Enjoy or store for later!
