Healthy Chocolate Coffee Oatmeal Recipe
Baked oatmeal flavored with brewed coffee, chocolate chips, applesauce and honey.

01Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a greased 8x8 baking dish. 2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together egg, almond milk, coffee, applesauce, honey, and coconut oil until combined. 3. Stir in oats, cinnamon, ground coffee and chocolate chips. 4. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish. 5. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until the edges start to brown.
