Baked Steel Cut Oatmeal

Baked steel cut oatmeal with maple syrup, warm spices and your choice of fruit and nut add-ins.

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Mix all ingredients together; it will look very soupy. 3. Pour the mixture into a greased 8x8 baking dish, spreading it around evenly so the oats and add-ins do not get stuck in the center. 4. Bake for 35-45 minutes. 5. When the oats come out of the oven they will still be slightly soupy; let them cool for 5 minutes and then gently stir together with a spoon. 6. The oats will be creamy and scoopable rather than set like a bar.
