Peanut Butter Granola

Oat granola coated in peanut butter and honey with mini chocolate chips.

    Preheat oven to 300 degrees F and prepare a parchment lined baking sheet. 2. In a large bowl combine honey and peanut butter until smooth. 3. Add in oats, cinnamon and 1/4 cup chocolate chips and stir until evenly coated. 4. Transfer the oat mixture to the lined baking sheet. 5. Bake for 10 minutes, stir, then bake for another 10 minutes; check for crunchiness and bake another 2-5 minutes if needed, watching carefully so it does not burn. 6. Allow granola to cool for at least 10 minutes and stir in the remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips.
