    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease an oven safe 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine egg, almond milk, peanut butter, melted coconut oil and honey until combined, then stir in oatmeal, cinnamon and chocolate chips. 3. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until cooked through; the top should start to brown and should be set.
