Southwest Bacon Breakfast Burrito Recipe
Breakfast burritos filled with bacon, scrambled eggs, black beans, cheddar, salsa and avocado.

01Heat a large saute pan, add bacon pieces and saute for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. 2. While bacon cooks, scramble eggs in a bowl. 3. Once bacon is finished, remove most of the bacon grease from the pan, leaving about a tablespoon. 4. Add onions to the pan and saute for 3-5 minutes until slightly translucent. 5. Add scrambled eggs to the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes. 6. Once eggs are cooked, stir in black beans so they warm from the residual heat. 7. Crumble the bacon and assemble the burritos with the filling and toppings, tucking in the sides and rolling tightly.
