Healthy Baked Apple Oatmeal

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a greased 8x8 oven safe baking dish. 2. In a large mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients and stir until combined. 3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan; it will look like there is too much liquid, but it will absorb. 4. Bake the oatmeal uncovered for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees F, until the top is golden brown and the milk is completely absorbed. Enjoy warm or cold.
