Healthy Pumpkin Bread
Whole wheat pumpkin bread sweetened with maple syrup and spiced with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves.

01Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a greased 8x4 loaf pan. 2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, egg, vanilla extract, maple syrup and pumpkin puree. 3. Stir in flour, spices, baking powder and baking soda and mix together. 4. Pour batter into the greased loaf pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center. 5. Let the bread rest for about an hour, slice 1 inch thick pieces and serve.
