    Mix together the Greek yogurt, milk, eggs, egg whites, honey, vanilla, and melted butter until well combined. 2. Gently fold in the whole wheat flour one cup at a time along with the baking powder and salt. 3. Rest the batter while the waffle iron heats. 4. Grease the waffle iron, fill, and cook until steam stops and the waffle releases easily, about 2-3 minutes. 5. Drizzle with maple syrup or honey and enjoy.
