Crock Pot Breakfast Casserole
Layered slow cooker breakfast casserole with hash browns, sausage, cheese, peppers, and eggs.

01Spray the crock pot with non-stick cooking oil. 2. Spread 2 cups of hash browns on the bottom and sprinkle with salt and pepper. 3. Layer half the cooked sausage over the hash browns. 4. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese over the sausage. 5. Add a layer of onions and peppers. 6. Repeat the layers and top with the remaining cheese. 7. Beat the eggs, milk, garlic, and dry mustard together and pour over the layers. 8. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours until the eggs are cooked through. 9. Serve warm garnished with chives.
