Cheese and Bacon Quiche
Bacon and cheddar quiche baked in a deep dish pie crust with fresh herbs.

01Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Whisk the eggs in a medium bowl until smooth. 3. Whisk in the milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 4. Spread the cooked bacon onto the pie crust. 5. Pour the egg mixture into the crust and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top. 6. Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, covering loosely with foil for the last 10 minutes if the crust browns too much. 7. Cool on a rack for 15 minutes, garnish with dill and chives, and serve in wedges.
