Protein Pancake Recipe
Blender protein pancakes made with cottage cheese, oat flour, and vanilla protein powder.

01Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender, starting with 2 tablespoons of milk, and blend for several seconds. 2. Add more milk 1 tablespoon at a time if needed; the batter should be fairly thick. 3. Scrape the sides and blend again until there are no lumps or visible curds. 4. Heat a lightly oiled non-stick skillet over low-medium heat. 5. Scoop the batter into the pan with a 2-ounce scoop or large spoon. 6. Flip when the bottom is browned and the edges are firm, then cook the other side, reducing heat if browning too fast. 7. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
