Healthy Chocolate Chip Muffins

Oat and almond flour chocolate chip muffins sweetened with honey and Greek yogurt.

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a 12-count muffin tin with liners. 2. Mix together the oat flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 3. In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey, eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla until smooth. 4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and whisk until there are no lumps, avoiding over-mixing. 5. Fold in the chocolate chips. 6. Divide the batter between the muffin wells and top with extra chocolate chips if desired. 7. Bake for 16-18 minutes until golden brown. 8. Cool mostly before removing the liners.
