Turkey Breakfast Sausage Patties
Homemade turkey breakfast sausage patties seasoned with sage and maple syrup.

01Combine the ground turkey, maple syrup, vinegar, sea salt, herbs, and spices in a large bowl and mix until evenly distributed. 2. Form the mixture into 8 equal patties, about 2 ounces each, roughly 3 inches wide and half an inch thick. 3. Heat half the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook several patties without crowding until browned, 4-5 minutes. 4. Flip and cook another 4-5 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. 5. Repeat with the remaining oil and patties, reducing the heat if needed to prevent burning.
