Whole30 Chicken Tenders
Baked chicken tenders coated in a cashew coconut crust.

01Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F and prepare a lined baking sheet. 2. Pulse the cashews in a food processor until finely ground, then stir in the coconut flakes and spices. 3. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl. 4. Dip each chicken tender in the egg mixture, then press into the cashew coconut mixture to coat. 5. Place the battered tenders on the parchment paper. 6. Bake at 450 degrees F for 10 minutes, flip, and bake an additional 10 minutes.
