Baked or grilled salmon in a ginger lime coconut aminos marinade.

    Preheat the oven or grill to 375 degrees F. 2. Whisk together the marinade. 3. Lay the salmon in a baking dish, pour the marinade over it, and marinate for at least 10 minutes, ideally 1-2 hours. 4. Lay the salmon on a grilling mat or wrap in aluminum foil and cook for 15 minutes without flipping, until it flakes with a fork. 5. Serve over rice, a salad, or with veggies, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
