One Hour Grilled Dinner & Dessert
Grilled coffee-rubbed pork chops with foil packet vegetables, baked potatoes, and grilled pineapple.

01Preheat the grill to high heat, about 375 degrees F. 2. Cut the zucchini into half moons and the pineapple into half-inch stalks. 3. Mix the dry rub and apply liberally to both sides of the pork chops. 4. Toss the zucchini, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, and spices together and place in a foil packet. 5. Pierce the potatoes, toss with olive oil and seasonings, and wrap each individually in foil. 6. Brush the pineapple with olive oil on both sides. 7. Add everything except the pineapple to the grill and cook for 15 minutes. 8. Add the pineapple, flip the pork chops, and cook another 10-15 minutes until the pork reaches 140-145 degrees F. 9. Remove everything from the grill and rest the pork for 10 minutes. 10. For the whipped cream, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks and fold in the maple syrup.
