Whole30 Stuffed Peppers

Bell peppers stuffed with ground turkey, vegetables, and cauliflower rice in tomato sauce.

    Heat olive oil in a large pan and saute the turkey for 5-10 minutes. 2. Slice the tops off the peppers and remove the seeds. 3. Stir the onion, garlic, and carrots in with the turkey and saute until soft. 4. Turn off the heat and stir in the raw cauliflower rice, tomato sauce, and spices. 5. Stuff the peppers with the mixture and top each with a tablespoon of the reserved tomato sauce. 6. Add the peppers to the crockpot with a quarter cup of water in the base. 7. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
