Instant Pot Beef Stew
Pressure cooker beef stew with browned stew meat, potatoes, carrots, and peas.

01Set the Instant Pot to saute, heat the olive oil, and brown the stew meat on all edges, about 5 minutes. 2. Add the onions and garlic and cook an additional 5 minutes. 3. Cut the remaining vegetables and potatoes while the meat browns. 4. Add all remaining ingredients except the peas and stir. 5. Cover, set to sealing, and pressure cook on manual for 15 minutes. 6. Quick release the pressure when finished. 7. Discard the bay leaf and stir in the frozen peas before serving.
