Healthy Crockpot Pulled Pork

    Trim the silver skin from the pork tenderloin. 2. Whisk together the olive oil and spices, then coat the pork thoroughly, marinating overnight in a ziploc bag if possible. 3. Place the tenderloins in the crockpot and pour the chicken stock on top. 4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours. 5. Pull the tenderloins apart with tongs or a fork and let the juices soak in. 6. Toss with your favorite barbecue sauce and serve.
