Easy Beef Barley Soup Instant Pot
Beef stew meat and pearl barley soup with vegetables, rosemary and tomato paste.

01Turn the Instant Pot to the saute setting, heat olive oil and saute stew meat until slightly brown, approximately 10 minutes. 2. Add spices, veggies, tomato paste, broth, barley and parmesan cheese rind to the pot and stir to combine. 3. Set the pot to sealing and pressure cook for 10 minutes, then allow a natural release for 15 minutes and quick release the remaining pressure. 4. Remove bay leaves and parmesan cheese rind, stir and enjoy.
