Japanese Fried Rice (Hibachi-Style)
Hibachi-style fried rice with garlic, carrots, mushrooms, and edamame.

01Heat oil in a wok or skillet and fry the garlic over low to medium heat for about 60 seconds, then add the finely chopped carrots and mushrooms. 2. Cook 2-3 minutes, then stir in the edamame, salt, and pepper and cook a few more minutes. 3. Add the cooked rice, tamari, and mirin and stir to combine. 4. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with baked tofu or tempeh and yum yum sauce.
