Vegetable Chop Suey

Heat the oil in a large frying pan, saute the onion and carrot for 1-2 minutes, then add the pepper, snow peas, and celery; stir, add the cabbage, and fry 3-4 minutes. 3. Add the garlic, ginger, and bean sprouts and stir for 1 more minute. 4. Whisk all sauce ingredients together in a bowl. 5. Pour the sauce into the pan, bring to a simmer, and cook about 1 minute. 6. Serve over rice or noodles.
