Kale Avocado Pasta

01Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. 2. Add the kale to the pasta water for 2-3 minutes, then transfer it to a blender. 3. Add the avocado, garlic, nutritional yeast, Italian herbs, salt, pepper, dairy-free milk, and lime juice to the blender. 4. Blend until completely smooth, thinning with more milk or pasta water if desired. 5. Adjust seasonings. 6. Drain the pasta, pour over the sauce, stir, and garnish with red pepper flakes.
