Rice Paper Dumplings
Crispy pan-fried rice paper dumplings filled with glazed tofu, sushi rice, and shredded vegetables.

01Soak and cook the sushi rice per package instructions. 2. Slice the carrot and zucchini into matchsticks, shred the cabbage, and quarter the nori sheets. 3. Combine the tofu glaze ingredients and slice the tofu into rectangles. 4. Pan-fry the tofu in oil until golden on each side, then pour in the glaze and cook until thickened. 5. Soak a rice paper sheet 3-4 seconds, place a nori piece in the center, and top with rice, tofu, and veggies. 6. Fold all corners in over the filling to seal, and dip the flat side in sesame seeds; repeat with remaining wrappers. 7. Pan-fry the dumplings in a little oil 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy, or air-fry at 360 degrees F for 8-10 minutes. 8. Serve with a dipping sauce.
