Air Fryer Falafel
Herb-packed falafel made from soaked dried chickpeas and cooked crispy in the air fryer.
Method

01Soak the dried chickpeas in plenty of water for 18-24 hours, then drain and pat dry. 2. Process the chickpeas with all other ingredients in a food processor in short bursts until well combined but not mushy. 3. Refrigerate the mixture 45-60 minutes. 4. Scoop and shape the mixture into balls or patties. 5. Spray the falafel and air fryer basket with cooking spray and cook at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes, flipping after 10, until crispy. 6. Serve in pita bread with tahini and salad.
