Pizza Baked Oats
Savory baked rolled oats loaded with pizza vegetables, tomato, and Italian seasoning.

01Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C). 2. Chop the onion, bell pepper, and spinach, slice the mushrooms and olives, and mince the garlic. 3. Add the oats and chopped vegetables to a large greased baking dish. 4. Stir in the Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, nutritional yeast, tomato paste, canned diced tomatoes, and dairy-free milk. 5. Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until the edges are browned and the top is set. 6. Top with vegan cheese sauce and sliced olives, slice, and serve.
