01Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente per the package instructions. 2. Add the kale to the pasta water and cook for 2-3 minutes, then remove it and transfer to a blender. 3. Add the avocado, garlic, nutritional yeast, dried Italian herbs, salt, pepper, dairy-free milk, and lime juice to the blender. 4. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, adding more plant-based milk or pasta water for a thinner sauce. 5. Taste the sauce and adjust salt, pepper, herbs, or lime juice. 6. Drain the pasta, pour the sauce over it, stir to combine, and garnish with red pepper flakes if desired.
