Vegan Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins (Breakfast or Dessert)
Oat flour muffins made with mashed banana, nut butter, and dairy-free chocolate chips.

01Line a muffin pan with paper liners and preheat oven to 360 degrees F (182 degrees C). 2. Add the dry ingredients except the chocolate chips to a large mixing bowl. 3. Mash the bananas in a separate bowl, add the other wet ingredients, and stir until combined. 4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir with a whisk. 5. Stir in the dairy-free chocolate chips. 6. Divide the batter among the wells of the muffin pan. 7. Bake for about 25 minutes, until cracks appear on top and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out almost clean. 8. Let the muffins cool before serving.
