Vegan Scrambled Eggs (Breakfast)

    Crumble the tofu in a medium bowl with your fingers. 2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic, and saute until fragrant, 1-2 minutes. 3. Add the crumbled tofu, plant-based milk, and all spices; stir and cook for about 6-8 minutes, until the tofu is heated through and the milk has evaporated. 4. Taste and adjust seasonings, then serve over bread garnished with fresh chives.
