Raspberry Jam (Spread)
Quick chia-thickened raspberry jam sweetened with maple syrup.

01Add the frozen raspberries to a saucepan and bring them to a low simmer, stirring and pressing them down until they break into very small pieces. 2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in all remaining ingredients, starting with less maple syrup and adding more to taste. 3. Let the jam cool a bit, then transfer it to a clean glass jar and store in the fridge, where it will thicken further within a few hours.
