Gluten-Free Vegan Crepes (Breakfast)
Thin vegan crepes made from oat flour, tapioca, and coconut milk.

01Process all ingredients in a blender or whisk them together in a bowl, using an immersion blender to remove lumps if needed. 2. Heat a non-stick skillet with some oil over medium heat. 3. Pour about a quarter cup of batter into the pan and swirl to coat evenly. 4. Cook 2-4 minutes until you can easily lift a side, flip carefully, and cook 1-2 minutes more. 5. Thin the batter with more milk as it thickens, and fill the crepes with chocolate spread to serve.
