Vegan Protein Pancakes (Breakfast)
Banana oat flour pancakes boosted with vanilla protein powder.

01Mash the banana with a fork in a medium bowl, then stir in the milk. 2. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk until combined. 3. Heat a little oil in a large skillet over medium heat and spoon in some batter. 4. Cook over low-medium heat until bubbles form on top and the underside is golden, 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook 1-2 minutes more. 5. Repeat with the remaining batter and serve with toppings of choice.
