Nut-Free Granola

    Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). 2. Stir all dry ingredients together in a big bowl. 3. Add the dried fruit, maple syrup, sunflower seed butter, and vanilla and stir until everything is coated. 4. Spread the mixture evenly on the lined baking sheet. 5. Bake about 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, then press the granola down so it sticks together; watch closely to avoid burning. 6. Cool completely without touching so it crisps up, then store in airtight containers.
