Chocolate Baked Oats (Breakfast)

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease a 6x9-inch baking pan. 2. Mash the bananas directly in the pan with a fork. 3. Add the remaining baked oatmeal ingredients and mix into a batter. 4. Bake for about 25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 5. Cool at least 10 minutes; meanwhile whisk the chocolate cream ingredients until smooth. 6. Pour the chocolate cream over the baked oatmeal and optionally chill until it firms up.
