Star Anise Steady Tea
A warming star anise and cinnamon tea, rich in antioxidants, traditionally used to help support insulin sensitivity and steady blood sugar.

01Boil water in a saucepan and add the star anise and cinnamon.

02Boil for about 10 minutes, then remove from heat.

03Cover and steep 3 minutes.

04Strain and serve hot or cold; stir in honey if using.
