Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

โ olive oil • 2 medium yellow onions, chopped • 2 cups cooked chickpeas, rinsed and drained • 2 garlic cloves • 1/4 cup tahini • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil • 2 tbsp water • Juice of 1 1/2 lemons • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar • 1/2 tsp paprika • 1/4 tsp ground cumin • 1/4 tsp salt
