Healthy Banana Bread (Sugar-Free)

Vegan banana bread sweetened only with bananas and dates.

    Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C) and line an 8-inch loaf pan with parchment paper. 2. Add all dry ingredients (except the chocolate) to a large bowl and mix with a spoon. 3. In a different bowl, mash the bananas really well. 4. Add the vanilla extract, vinegar, dates, and plant-based milk and stir well. 5. Transfer the wet to the dry ingredients and stir to combine. 6. Pour the batter into the baking pan and optionally add the chocolate on top. 7. Bake for about 45 minutes, until a toothpick in the center comes out dry or only slightly sticky. 8. Let the banana bread cool, then slice.
