Chocolate Oatmeal Bars Recipe (Snack, dessert, or breakfast)
Layered oat bars with a banana date chocolate filling and oat crumble top.

01Preheat the oven to 355 degrees F (180 degrees C) and line a 7x7-inch baking dish with parchment paper. 2. Process all dough ingredients in a food processor until dough-like. 3. Press three-quarters of the dough into the pan in an even layer. 4. Rinse the food processor and process the chocolate layer ingredients until smooth and creamy. 5. Pour the chocolate layer over the oat base and crumble the remaining dough on top. 6. Bake 25-30 minutes until golden brown, cool completely so the bars set, then cut and enjoy.
