In a large bowl, combine flour, semolina, salt, and sugar.

Ingredients (for 8 servings)

  • 3 cups โ€” all-purpose flour • 1 cup fine semolina flour • 1 tsp salt • 1 tbsp sugar • 1 1/2 cups warm water (approx.)

  • ¼ cup โ€” vegetable oil (plus more as needed) • 1/2 cup melted butter • 1/2 cup fine semolina (for sprinkling)
