Garden Chickpea Dill Dip

Add chickpeas, yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, parsley, green onion, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to a food processor.

  • 1 can โ€” chickpeas, rinsed and drained • 1/4 cup plain unsweetened yogurt or vegan yogurt • 2 tbsp olive oil • 2 tbsp lemon juice • 1 garlic clove • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped • 1 green onion, chopped • 1/2 tsp onion powder • Salt, to taste • Black pepper, to taste • 2 to 4 tbsp water, as needed for consistency
