Flaxseed Blueberry Overnight Oats

Add the pecans and flaxseed meal (or whole flaxseeds) to a blender or food processor and blend for about 30 seconds, until a coarse meal forms.

  • cup โ€” milk (or unsweetened non‑dairy milk)
  • 1 pinch โ€” salt
  • 1 tsp โ€” cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp โ€” maple syrup
  • ½ cup โ€” fresh or frozen blueberries
