Add the tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, and sea salt to a food processor or high‑powered blender.

Ingredients (for 6 servings)

  • ⅓ cup โ€” tahini
  • ⅓ cup โ€” lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp โ€” extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 whole โ€” medium cloves garlic, chopped
  • ¼ tsp โ€” cumin powder
  • ½ tsp โ€” sea salt
  • ½ cup โ€” lightly packed fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1½ cups โ€” shelled edamame (fresh or frozen)
  • tbsp โ€” water (as needed)
  • 1 whole โ€” Sesame seeds for garnish
