Spinach, Asparagus, and Orange Salad

  • 225 whole โ€” g/8 oz asparagus, trimmed and cut into 5 cm/2 in pieces
  • 2 whole โ€” large oranges
  • 2 whole โ€” tomatoes, cut into eighths
  • 25 whole โ€” g/1 oz baby spinach
  • 25 whole โ€” g/1 oz romaine lettuce leaves, shredded
  • 2 tbsp โ€” olive oil
  • ½ tsp โ€” sherry vinegar
  • 1 whole โ€” Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
