In a large soup pot, heat olive oil and pan sear chicken thighs for 4-5 minutes on each side, then remove and set aside.

  • 2 qt โ€” Chicken Broth
  • 1 tbsp โ€” Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp โ€” Coconut Aminos
  • 8 oz โ€” Brown Rice Ramen Noodles
  • 2 cup โ€” Baby Bok Choy
  • ¼ tsp โ€” Red Pepper Flakes
