Vegan Tzatziki (Dip)

Grate the cucumber using the large holes of a grater, then lightly squeeze it with your hands over a bowl to remove most of the moisture.

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

  • 2 clove โ€” garlic
  • 1 whole โ€” Persian cucumber
  • ½ tbsp โ€” olive oil
  • 2 tsp โ€” white vinegar
